May 10th is Mother’s day. It is a day we have set aside in order to show our mothers how much we love and appreciate them. This is a day for giving flowers, cards and candy to the sweetest woman we know, our mom. We can’t repay you for the nine months of pregnancy, the labor pains, diaper changes, meals prepared, first aid, taxi rides, corrections, counseling sessions, instructions, hugs, and all the prayers prayed for us but we can begin with showing you in our own special way how truly grateful we are.
May the Lord give us the wisdom to behave the way you taught us; to be responsible for our actions, to clean up behind ourselves, to close what we have opened, to pick up what we have dropped, to not get on your nerves or disappoint you, and to be there for you in your time of need like you were there for us in our time of need. Mother’s you mean the world to us and we celebrate you on your own special day. Happy Mothers Day to you.
The bible says,
“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them a.” (Proverbs 31:29 NIV)
