Accepted or Rejected?

I like the feeling of being accepted when I come into a church, a home or any establishment. It gives me a sense of well-being, that I am valued and cared for. Have you ever been in a place where you had just the opposite feeling?

We can sum that feeling up in one word, rejection. When we have a constant feeling of rejection then we can develop low self-esteem, anger, depression can set in, and even thoughts of doing something bad to yourself. I am so glad to be part of a local church where people are friendly and treat you well even when you are a guest or visitor.

Once there was an unsaved man, named William Baker, and he was praying. He prayed “Lord Jesus, lead me to a church where you would attend”. The Lord led him to an Apostolic Church in Detroit Michigan, located at 21446 Schoolcraft Rd. The New Life Apostolic Church also known as, The Apostolic Church or the Schoolcraft church. The motto of the church reads “The End of Your Search for a Friendly Church”.

Live and be a blessing!
