I have discovered that what’s on a person’s mind often dominates their conversation. During this time, you might attempt to comfort a loved one or a friend if they are worried or preoccupied with a stressful situation. Life’s challenges often require attention and talking about what’s going on can help ease pressures but we should never forget about God in the mist of all the happenings.
When we keep our mind stayed on Him we will have perfect peace, according to Isaiah 26:3.
Also we should have our thoughts regulated by a constant flow of good memories and ideals. Philippians 4:8 says finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Don’t let bad thoughts build a home in your mind.
Live and be a blessing!
